In the process to resolve 'Low Concrete Strength' @ 'Under Strength Concrete' problem, a few issue to be consider for further action:
1) In-situ Compression Strength result
2) Do the structural back analysis based on result
3) Find the earlier design loading
4) Compare the result v/s construction drawing issued before
then, further action and judgment are based on the combination on the theory and practical knowledge on structural.
